How do you deliver?
Orders are despatched with Couries Serives. Orders are assessed due to weight, size and location is used for delivery of the order.
We aim to keep delivery costs low and provide the quickest delivery option for each order.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched from that day. In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24 - 48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available. If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive between 1-5 business day from leaving us depending on your location. International delivery times will vary.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery,please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned
as it was received: unused and with labels intact.
Large and Heavy Items
Please ask for carriage charges on the following items; porcelain basins, washpoints, hydraulic chairs, barbers chairs, portable, hydraulic and electric couches,large chairs, nail stations, reception desks and other large furniture items. This list is not exhaustive.
Any furniture ordered will be delivered to front door and ground floor premises only, as drivers are not insured to take upstairs or inside of premises.
We advise that tradesmen who are booked to install items should only be arranged once in receipt of the goods.

Monday to Saturday: 9.30am to 6.30pm.
Please call us on 05 254 8922 before collection, so we can ensure your parcel is ready.
- International shipments will be shipped via aramex courier service.
- We are currently adding new countries on a case by case basis. If your country does not appear on the shipping list, please email us for us to review the shipping costs at email@example.com
- Free shipping DOES NOT apply to international orders.
- Buyers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and customs fees for orders shipped outside of the United States.
- Currently we DOES NOT ship aerosols and liquids INTERNATIONALLY. If your order consists of any of these items, we will contact you to cancel your order and to place a new order without these items,which may cause a delay in shipment.
- Additional shipping charges may be required for heavier items or location after order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you before the order is shipped.
- Return shipping costs for any reason (including defects) will be the responsibility of the customer.
If an order has not yet shipped, an order cancellation can be requested via Email only to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please send an email with the order number and complete shipping details in order for us to locate and cancel the order. As orders are constantly being picked and shipped, cancellation can not be guaranteed after an order is placed (even with an email request), but we will try our best to intercept the package during processing if a cancellation request email is sent prior to the order shipping.
